Do you do custom and personalized orders? Yes. Please allow an extra 30 days for custom orders to be completed. Payment is due upon completion. Once the coat is completed, Daniela will send you a picture or video of the final product. After you give the OK, we will send you an invoice via Square via text or email. After payment was received, we will mail the product off to the mailing address you provided.
What is my size? Boiled wool is stretchy and will give you some wiggle room. Generally one size fits across two sizes. Size XS = Europe Size 28/32 Size S = Europe size 34/36 Size M = Europe size 38/40 Size L = Europe size 42/44
Can I wash my coat? No. It will shrink and lose its form. Boiled wool is a natural product. It does not take on odors. Let mud dry, then brush it off with a clean shoe brush.
