Payment:
We accept all major credit cards. Payments are done through Square.

Off the rack:
Payment is due upon receiving the coat.

Special Orders:
Coats will be produced, by hand, by Daniela Skrein in her studio in Hamilton, Montana, followed by a customer’s wishes (color, style and size) which are noted down by hand as well as listed in a spreadsheet as well as noted on Square, the payment app. Payment is due after the coat is finished, viewed and tried on by customer. Once the customer agrees with the purchase, payment is due within 2 weeks of completion. Daniela never accepts payment nor downpayment BEFORE the coat has been produced. If the coat cannot be picked up in person and has to be send via USPS, Daniela calls the customer upon completion of the coat, shows an image or video of the completed coat. If both parties agree to go forward with the sale, Daniela will send an invoice to the customer. The coat will be send only after payment was received.
